Ingredients
200-250g shredded cabbage (or ½ bag coleslaw mix)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon white vinegar
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ tablespoon mustard
Salt to taste
Method
Mix coleslaw dressing ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
Toss with shredded cabbage.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Switch up this recipe by substituting shredded carrot and/or shredded romaine lettuce for some of the cabbage.
My friend found a coleslaw recipe that uses storebought guacamole as a main ingredient so I tried substituting 2 tablespoons of guacamole for the 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise in this recipe and it was delicious!
