COLESLAW

Adapted from GarlicQueen’s recipe here and Emma Christensen’s recipe here.

Ingredients

  • 200-250g shredded cabbage (or ½ bag coleslaw mix)

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • ½ tablespoon honey

  • ½ tablespoon white vinegar

  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tablespoon mustard

  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix coleslaw dressing ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

  2. Toss with shredded cabbage.

  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Switch up this recipe by substituting shredded carrot and/or shredded romaine lettuce for some of the cabbage.

  • My friend found a coleslaw recipe that uses storebought guacamole as a main ingredient so I tried substituting 2 tablespoons of guacamole for the 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise in this recipe and it was delicious!
