Monstera 001

General:

  • Prefers bright indirect light

  • Prefers aerated and well-draining potting mix

  • Slightly toxic to humans and pets

Watering:

  • Water when first inch or two of potting mix is dry

  • Water thoroughly until potting mix is saturated

  • Fully drain excess water

 

TIMELINE

May 22/21: I wasn’t planning to buy a monstera. They grow A LOT and quickly, so I thought they’d be too overwhelming to house in a tiny condo. But then I saw this one and the price was so good at $16.99 that I couldn’t pass it up. Monstera 001 is still a baby, but it’s already bigger than the majority of my other houseplants.
